Initial 30 minute consultation and discovery questions. This is the “Get To Know You” phase to determine if we will be a good fit for each other as partners.
We relay to you the understanding of the work that we believe you need based on that meeting.
If it is determined that we will be your agency partner, we will develop an annual marketing plan and strategy. We will work together to set an annual budget. We will then proceed into the scope of work and get down to the nuts and bolts of the plan.
If it is determined that you need “project-based” work, we will develop a scope of work and pricing for the services needed.
In this phase, we will dig in and do our research to establish the framework necessary to develop the marketing plan and measurements of success.
Once our plan is approved and launched, our team will shift to measure, analyze, and optimize our approach, which will allow us to maintain campaign effectiveness and improve ROI over time.
Marketing meetings will be scheduled at your preference. Some partners like to meet twice a month, some monthly, and some prefer not to meet at all and communicate through email and phone. It’s up to you.
Before putting together, a full marketing plan, we do require a milestone fee. If we work together, this is applied to your account. If not, it covers the cost of the time we have invested.
