Fairway Hills in Rapid City is a large upscale, multi-unit apartment and condominium community. Midwest Marketing worked with the development company for several years to make sure the apartments were leased through a variety of traditional and digital tactics. We also worked on the many collateral materials needed through the properties to maintain a cohesive look.
