Vista Park Condos is part of the Fairway Hills Development family.

The large, high-end condos were developed with snowbirds- as well as young professionals and empty-nesters who don’t want the space, expense and maintenance headaches of a single-family home in mind. Midwest Marketing worked with Vista Park Condominiums for several years. We worked with the development company on logo design, creative development, digital strategy, signage and traditional media.
