What Midwest Marketing value resonates most with you?

“Marketing is always moving forward and so are we,” is the Midwest Marketing value that resonates with me the most. No organization can risk being left behind in an ever-changing world, especially when it comes to marketing. I’m proud to say I’m part of a team that keeps up with the times rather than be left behind.

Life and work as an Architect (INTJ)

In my opinion, being an Architect is best described as a journey of constant improvement. The 16Personalities website characterizes Architects as people who “love perfecting the details of life and whose minds are never at rest,” and I can confirm this is the case for me in all areas of my life.

Two things that Architects need in life, whether it’s work or play, is an environment that allows for curiosity and creativity. Fortunately, the culture at Midwest Marketing encourages both, so my role here is a pretty perfect fit!
